APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

Reservations can be made in-person and via our online system.

All reservations require a valid credit/debit card to secure any reservation. All services require a non-refundable deposit be paid at the time an appointment is secured. Appointments are not fully secured until a deposit has been received and confirmation email has been provided by Adiktiv Aesthetics.

APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS

We love our clients and we know things can happen, your appointment time has been secured to ensure your service provider enough time to provide the best experience and service possible. As a result, deposits are non-refundable.

Services of $25 or more will result in a deposit of $25 to secure the desired appointment date/time.

For services below $25, the deposit, will be the equivalent to the cost of the service.

Cash deposits are only acceptable when pre-booking for a follow-on appointment in person.

All credit card transactions are processed via SSL secure portals.

ACCEPTABLE METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept cash, ApplePay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, CashApp Card, all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Discover, American Express). International credit cards will incur a 2.9% processing fee.

Gratuities aka “tips” are greatly appreciated. If you enjoyed your service experience, please show your service provide some love.

LATE ARRIVALS

As a courtesy, please TEXT us at (301) 327-0987, as early as possible, to let us know if you are running behind. This will allow us to determine the best approach to accommodate you upon your arrival and our other client’s. We realize sometimes plans may be delayed, however, if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment start time, you will incur a $15 late fee. If you are 15 minutes or more late, you will be asked to reschedule and the same day cancellation fee will apply. Late arrivals will also result in a shortened session time in order to honor our next client's appointment. Shortened sessions, will limit our ability to provide that “extra love” we give client to ensure the receive impeccable service.

Late arrivals resulting in rescheduling or shortened appointments are subject to our cancellation fees, if applicable.

New Clients, we ask that you plan your route 10-15 minutes earlier to become familiar with your travel route and our location.

AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS

Requests for appointments outside our normal working days/hours will be accommodated, if possible but will carry an additional service charge in addition to the price of the service. The below pricing indicates fees associated based on the desired appointment day/time.

  • $75 appointment during non-operating days

  • $50 7AM-9AM normal operating days

  • $75 6AM-7AM normal operating day

  • $100 before 6AM or after 8PM

CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS

Your time and comfort are our top priorities. All appointments are set individually with no overlap. This allows for privacy and comfort during intake, treatments and/or procedures and consultation recommendations without feeling rushed. Each aspect of your appointment time is extremely important and an integral part of achieving your desired results.

Therefore, an appointment cancellation must be completed and received no later than 24 hours PRIOR to the appointment’s scheduled date/time, as we may have an opportunity to fill this vacancy. If you have received an appointment confirmation and we have NOT received a cancellation notification, the appointment will be considered confirmed.

If you are scheduled for more than one service and request to modify your appointment to add an additional service, a 24 hour notice is preferred. There is no guarantee a request with less than 24 hours can be accommodated. If you elect to remove services from your appointment the day of, you are still responsible for the services booked and not canceled within the change/cancellation window.

Cancellations or modifications made inside of the 24 hour window are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the unpaid service. (i.e. $60 - $25 deposit = $35 ($17.50 charged to card on file)).

Please ensure contact information on file is correct and updated as needed, to ensure appointment reminders can be received. We ask you take a moment to verify the phone number on file when creating each new appointment reservation.

No-call/No-shows are subject to the 100% of the remaining balance for the services booked. This amount will automatically be charged 15 mins after the start of the appointment time and when there has been no contact from you to initiate a same day cancellation.

REFUNDS

Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our services. Product returns and refunds are limited to the following situations:

Refunds will not be provided for services received.

Refunds can only be processed with a receipt.

Products eligible for a full refund must presented with a receipt within 7 days of purchase, in its original packaging, unopened and unused. If product was a special order, a 50% restocking fee will apply.

Products are only eligible for a 50% refund, if product is opened or used as they must be destroyed and not subject to resale.

No refunds are given for gift card orders.

Gift card orders are not redeemable for cash.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

GUESTS

Due to the intimate nature of our services and location, those not receiving services are not permitted.

NO CHILDREN

We have a strict policy against children being in attendance unless services are being rendered. This policy also ensures each guest has the most relaxing experience possible. Guests arriving with young children will be asked to reschedule and will be subject to our cancellation policy.

CELL PHONES

In an effort to provide an optimal experience for each guest, we respectfully request silencing your cell phones upon arrival. Phone calls may be taken outside.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

Please no eating in the service areas. All food and beverages must be consumed prior to the entering our establishment.

SMOKING

Our establishment is smoke free and we respectfully request no smoking within 100 feet of the premises for the consideration of clients with health or breathing issues and allergies.

COVID-19 POLICY

The safety of our clients and employees is the highest priority during this unprecedented time. We also understand that vaccination against COVID-19 is a personal choice, which we will continue to respect. 

We will continue to serve all clients regardless of vaccination status. 

Non-vaccinated clients and those not vaccinated in full accordance with CDC guidelines based on age MUST wear a mask while receiving services at Adiktiv Aesthetics. If receiving a facial service, you will be directed by your service provider when to remove your mask prior to the start of your service and provided a new clean mask upon service completion. 

When electing to book a service, you will be required to complete all intake forms for the associated services selected (including your vaccination status) and COVID-19 waiver. Please upload your vaccination card or vaccination documentation and identify your current exposure status.  If you elect not to provide documentation, your services will be provided as a non-vaccinated client.
